I have been seeing Dr. Schwartz for about 6 months. I chose his practice based on his many years of experience and I am grateful that I did. He is a great listener and he asks the appropriate questions in order to get to the heart of the matter. He brings in real world examples and past experiences in order to enhance his message and deepen the conversation. He is very adept in creating a safe environment where true feelings and emotions can be discussed. I would especially recommend him to men out there who might assume that therapy is not the answer.

I have been extremely impressed by Dr. Swartz’s professionalism and understanding. He is not like other psychologists who have wasted my time insisting that I dredge every detail of all my experiences in life. Instead we focus on exactly what is happening and how I can best deal with it. (The past is discussed to give context to my current situation.) I especially appreciate his ability to put my experiences into perspective for me. He is extremely professional yet never leaves me doubting his understanding of my exact situation and the direction we are heading with our sessions. I am a better person after knowing him for three months, and I look forward to the adventure of the next three months and the person I can become as I improve.
